  1. I am glad your business gives you the chance to experience these moments first-hand. A little JB's Pen Flush will probably get the prints off that window.

  2. Aww, how adorable! My mom and I both watched the video. She said your children are adorable (which of course they are). I'm very glad to help support Goulet Pens. Have a merry Christmas and happy New Year!

  3. I have looked all over your site and simply cannot find your Noodler's exclusive, Joseph Super Energy Ink. I NEED some of that! Where is it? ;-)

  4. Wow! Your kids are so cute! Ellie seems very inquisitive and Joseph apparently has endless energy. He seems like he'll be a great older brother.

  5. Aww, how sweet. Joseph has room to ride a bike in there someday!

  6. Hi Brian,

Thank you very much for sharing this moments ! My dautghter is 3 year old and my son 6 months, such a pleasure to see sister and brother hug each other.

Most of what I learnt about fountain pens (or simply pens) was through your sites which I visit on a regular basis.

Fountain pens put the human dimension back to our so dehumanized world and so do this shared video !

So here is a big THANK YOU to you and Rachel !

Have a merry Christmas and a happy New year !

    With love

  12. Definitely! When Rachel and I started this business 3 years ago, we never even knew we'd have a single employee, it was our ultimate dream just to have the two of us working in this business together (and being able to live off it!). Now with 10 of us working together, it just feels unreal sometimes. But since we've grown to the point where we have some help, it allows us to still spend the quality time with our kids that we envisioned in the beginning, so it's really been a dream come true.

  13. Thank you! I know I'm biased, but daggone it they are cute! :)

  14. Haha, tell me about it! He makes me tired just watching him...he quite literally runs circles around me!

  15. Joseph is actually quite independent and usually reserved, but he gets these spurts where he really just goes nuts...usually around that time of day. What's hilarious now is that whenever we watch this particular video of him, it seems to flash him back and he immediately starts making that noise and running in circles...

And he really is a great older brother. He loves Ellie and is very gentle and loving towards her. Ellie is very curious and also quite the little chatterbox, it'll be very interesting to see how they grow up!

  16. Haha, hopefully not! He's fast enough as it is ;)

  17. Thank you! Yeah, this particular video is one I wanted to share because it shows a lot of their energy, and also their love towards each other. Seeing them hug unprompted (and saying I love you) is pretty much the best feeling I think I can have in this world :)

  18. Merry Christmas, too! Time flies so fast, and I can see that they're getting older as I blink. That's why these types of videos are great, and I shoot a LOT of them.

  19. Thanks! We consider ourselves to be incredibly fortunate, and that's part of why we work as hard as we do. We love our jobs, we're very thankful to be together as a family each day, and we love who we serve in our business. It can't get much better ;)

  20. You're welcome! I don't share them often, but when I do it's in very cute-potent doses ;)

  21. Thanks! I agree :) Before long I'll have Joseph doing his own videos, haha!

  22. What is Joseph saying?? Every time I watch him start to do the circle-sound effect thing, I start laughing.

  23. Hi Brian and Rachel,

Thanks so much for sharing this video.

It brought a big smile to my face and the energy flashes off the screen!

I can imagine this is everything you've ever dreamed of and it so nice you can bring the kids to work (unfortunately i can't)

Have a Merry Christmas, a wonderful New Year and a big thumbs up and a hug for the two of you and the entire team.....you rock

  24. What a lovely holiday treat for your customers! Thanks to you and Rachel and the rest of the crew for your great service and the outstanding information you've compiled to make it easier for fountain pen users online.

And yes, Freddy, I think most of us would like Joseph's Super Energy Ink™, exclusive to Goulet.

  25. haha...I have no idea! It sounds like of like "giggle-giggle-giggle", but it's really just jibberish.

  26. Having our kids at work is the best thing about what we do, and it's also the hardest at the same time. They're a toddler and a baby....so we get the good with the bad...laughing and total cuteness, but also crying, throwing fits, and poopy diapers galore...but we won't show all that side of it ;)

  27. You're welcome, we are all very grateful here to do what we love, and it's our honor to serve the fountain pen community as we do. Thank you!

  28. Adorable babies Brian and Rachel! How blessed you are. Wishing you love and joy and laughter this holiday season. Looks like you've got that covered! Huggs!

  29. Mimes are supposed to remain silent in the invisibile box. Please try again Sweetie, and this time remember, NO talking !

Wishing a very merry Christmas to the Goulet family and staff.

  30. You have very cute kids! They remind me of my daughters when they were that age, they are 14 and 15 now, but the oldest sometimes still bounces through the house like that ;)
I wish much more of these fun moments for you!

  31. I know that time will fly by and I'll soon be looking back wondering where these days went. But that's why I love having videos like this, to always remember them.
